You Will

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate resources and activities to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, budget and deliverables to Account Mangers in order to manage client expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations, requirements, and changes to team members.
  • Identify and proactively address potential project risks.
  • Develop contingency plans and solutions to mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure that projects are executed within the defined scope and budget.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and roadblocks.
  • Uphold agency standards for project documentation and reporting.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration among team members.
  • Motivate and guide the project team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, preferred experience in ClickUp
