You Will
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources and activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, budget and deliverables to Account Mangers in order to manage client expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Effectively communicate project expectations, requirements, and changes to team members.
- Identify and proactively address potential project risks.
- Develop contingency plans and solutions to mitigate project risks.
- Ensure that projects are executed within the defined scope and budget.
- Conduct regular project reviews to ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and roadblocks.
- Uphold agency standards for project documentation and reporting.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration among team members.
- Motivate and guide the project team to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, preferred experience in ClickUp
