You Will
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4
- Collaborate with the Accounts team to understand client goals, target audience, and business objectives.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop custom dashboards and reports to track metrics and measure campaign efficacy.
- Conduct deep analysis to uncover trends and insights and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop data-driven strategies with cross-functional teams to improve website performance, enhance user experience, and drive conversions.
- Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Act as a trusted partner to our clients, providing strategic guidance and actionable insights to help them achieve their business objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital agency analytics, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Google Analytics & certification.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for drawing insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and client-ready messages.
- A growth mindset centered around staying ahead of industry trends and advancements in analytics.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
