You Will
- Assist others SEO Specialists with over-arching client strategic planning.
- Serve as a hub of knowledge for our SEO team.
- Define, spearhead and delegate the implementation of tasks for our SEO Specialists.
- Develop strategies and complete SEO tasks such as, but not limited to:
- Keyword Research
- On-Page Optimization
- Off-Page Optimization
- Technical SEO
- Strategize and report on past SEO progress and plans for website properties.
- Provide each client with personalized strategies to cater to their unique business and competition level
- Assist the SEO team with new and existing client service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-company departments, such as the content, design, and development teams, to prioritize and execute SEO tasks.
- Uphold current best practices, implement new innovative processes, and evaluate room for department and company efficiencies.
- Manage SEO budgets to ensure tasks are completed on budget and on time.
- Collaborate with our team to communicate tasks effectively and implement strategies promptly and professionally.
- Identify current and new opportunities to increase client visibility and search engine ranking.
- Monitor organic search performance of TG properties, our clients, and competitor websites.
- Remain up-to-date on current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry.
- Analyze competition, establish benchmarks for success and measure the effectiveness of efforts based on those goals.
- Compose reports on SEO metrics and efforts across client properties succinctly and professionally.
Requirements
- USA Only.
- Ability to Work 2 Days per Week at our HQ in St. Louis, Missouri.
- 2+ years of experience strategizing and executing SEO campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including but not limited to sitemaps errors, schema, and HTTPS.
- General understanding of web development and HTML as it relates to technical SEO.
- Familiarity with various content management systems, such as WordPress or Shopify.
- Strong ability to identify the source of SEO issues and propose realistic solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and lead others while staying focused, organized, and driven.
- Deep knowledge of new SEO strategies and Google algorithm updates.
- Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google My Business, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.
- Demonstrated portfolio of experience leading SEO projects from beginning to end.
- Ability to approach challenges with refinement and resourcefulness.
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to identify patterns and trends within large datasets to identify opportunities for improvement.
